Realme X2, X2 Pro, & XT Android 11 update available as custom ROMs (Download)

Realme is currently working on its Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 skin. At present, the company has only released Realme UI 2.0 for the Realme X50 Pro and the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition in beta form.

Thus, the stable Realme UI 2.0 update based on Android 11 is yet to go live for any of the company’s smartphones. With the ongoing Early Access program, the Realme 7 Pro and Realme Narzo 20 are expected to be next in line for the Realme UI 2.0 beta update.

As for the company’s flagship from 2019, it will get Realme UI 2.0 via the Early Access program in December while the Realme X2 will get it in January 2021 and the Realme XT will get the beta in Q2 next year according to the official Early Access timeline.

But thanks to independent developers, you need not have to wait for the official update to get a chance to experience Android 11 on either of the aforementioned smartphones.

This is because you can now get your hands on custom ROMs based on Android 11 for the Realme X2, X2 Pro, and XT. Of course, flashing a custom ROM isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.

However, if you don’t mind investing a short amount of time to flash the ROM on your device, you will be able to check out most of the new features that come with Android 11 right away.
