Many Jio users have taken to Twitter to report that the MyJio application as well as the Jio website are down and not working. This seems to be part of a bigger problem that’s affecting other websites and services too.

Most of the buzz has been around Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram not working. However, it appears that there are a few other services and apps that have fallen victim to the outage.

Take a look at some of the latest complaints regarding the MyJio app and Jio website not working or down:

The social media team responsible for the Reliance Jio Twitter handle posted a fun tweet saying the following with regards to the WhatsApp outage:

It seems that they weren’t aware of the issue affecting their own service too. Nonetheless, we’ll keep tabs on the situation and will post an update if and when there are any further developments.

Update (05 Oct 2021 11:17 am IST): Fresh reports on Twitter suggest that many Jio users in India are facing issues with the network. According to reports, Jio is down in many parts of the country as people claim that they aren’t able to use mobile data or even make calls.
